The otaku nation can rejoice, because Bastard!!! will have a second season. The announcement was made by Netflix earlier this week, complete with a brand new teaser and everything. Check out the video above.
At 1 minute, the clip predicts plenty of story and sword fighting, as well as anticipated plot details for the new year. A premiere date has not been confirmed, but the stream promises a release later in 2023.
Bastard is based on the manga by Kazushi Hagiwara. Released in Brazil by JBC, the plot was adapted into an OVA in the 1990s, and promoted a mix between RPG and heavy metal cultures.
