Gege Akutami had to take three weeks off to recover from a sudden illness, and thanks to that, he is finally ready to continue developing the sinister battle of Shinjuku.
There are still a few days left until its release, but as expected, insiders have already leaked numerous details about what happens in this episode of the work. How does the fight between Sukuna and Yuta continue? Keep reading to find out.
First Spoilers for Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 263
Here are all the leaks provided by user Go_Jover, which confirm that chapter 263 has only 13 pages. And apparently, the editors consider this episode to be Part 2 of 262. Let’s go!
- Chapter 263 begins with a cover illustration featuring Rika and Yuta
- Then we are told that at this moment, Yuta cannot use any more Cursed Techniques apart from Gojo’s Infinity; this character also realizes that since Sukuna lost his left arm, he has not used World Cutting Slash (his strongest attack) even once, and therefore deduces that he can only use “Amplification” to bypass Infinity 🤔
- Yuta manages to distance his rival with a kick and then lunges at him to land a punch on his head, but he discovers that he is having problems adapting to his master’s body (his arms and legs are longer) 😰
- Okkotsu also finally understands that he cannot master the Cursed Technique of Infinity with just one soul exchange; now he knows why it is so vital to have “the Six Eyes” 👀👀👀
- Sukuna notices that his enemy is distracted thinking about other things and takes advantage of it to send him flying with a punch 👊🏻
- Then we are told that Kenjaku informed the King of Curses about the operation of Yuta’s Copy (which would require Rika to swallow a part of the body), and after this, he wonders if now that he has Gojo’s body, he will be able to use the techniques that he had copied before
- But he quickly discovers that Yuta can only use Infinity
- Then Sukuna starts thinking about the duration of the Copy, since if the Cursed Technique reaches its end and stops, Yuta will still be trapped inside Gojo’s body; at that point, he deduces that his rival’s plan could be related to Hollow Purple
- We then see a flashback in which, after the soul exchange training, Gojo scolds Yuta, claiming that his Cursed Energy is too inconsistent, but Maki and the rest defend their friend, saying that he is being too strict with him 😡
- Back to reality, Yuta begins to recite the chants of Hollow Purple, but his enemy stops him; Sukuna is determined to prevent his enemy from using that attack against him
- Then Yuta uses “Blue” at the same time as a strange recorder appears next to Sukuna… And from it comes the voice of Inumaki shouting “Don’t move”! 🚨🚨🚨
- The chapter ends with the King of Curses becoming immobilized and totally exposed to Yuta’s Hollow Purple, which is ready to be deployed 😱
